The main house is composed by a complex of Trulli featuring 3 cones, measuring about
110 sq.m. all on one level.
The contrast between the white walls and the light blue used for the doors and windows, makes it all very relaxing for the eyes and the soul.
The whole house enjoys an underfloor heating, for maximum comfort and energy saving.

The Annex
The property also features a lamia (a typical structure, normally attached to trulli) of about
45 sq.m., that you could use as a dependance for guests, as it features a bedroom and a
bathroom. It could also be converted into a pool-house.
A lovely portico has been recently built, and thanks to its position, it can be easily used
both from the main house and from the annex.

The Land
The buildings are surrounded by a spacious garden and 1.4 hectares agricultural land, including olive trees.
The garden is unfinished, so you can make some good landscaping, according to your
taste and need.
Building a swimming pool is possible.

Cisternino is one of the best known towns in Valle D’Itria, Puglia. The rolling green valley is criss-crossed by dry-stone walls, vineyards, almond and olive groves, and winding country lanes. This is the part of Puglia most visited and loved by foreigners, thanks to its beautiful landscapes, the quiet atmosphere and a territory sprinkled with small cones, that compose the trulli.

Valle D’Itria makes up part of the Provinces of Bari, Brindisi and Taranto, and comprises the Comuni of Alberobello, Carovigno, Castellana Grotte, Ceglie Messapica, Cisternino, Fasano, Locorotondo, Martina Franca, Noci, Ostuni, Putignano, San Michele Salentino, San Vito dei Normanni and Villa Castelli: all of them are worth a viewing.

Unlike other areas in Puglia, Valle D’Itria is very quiet and safe, with plenty of familiar people, ready to lend a helping hand.

The area where the property is located is very convenient, as the house is accessible from the main road. This way you don’t have to drive on a long white road and it gives you a sense of security.
