This charming property is located in the area of Crete Senesi, one of the most famous areas in Tuscany.
Crete Senesi area spreads between Buonconvento, Asciano, Monteroni d'Arbia, Rapolano and S. Giovani d'Asso.
The whole area is rich with events and tradition, and it is also renowned for its thermal baths near Rapolano.

The views are breathless, with its incontaminated countryside changing colours with the seasons and its lonely cypresses on top of the hills where every view is a postcard.
This farmhouse, completely and beautifully restored sits on top of a hill overlooking the valley, just a few kilometers from the historic center of Siena.
The property has been built using the typical red bricks, so common in the Siena area.
Located in the Crete Senesi, where the land is mainly clay, the old farmhouses where made mostly by this material, rather than stone, therefore we find the most common farmhouses built in bricks.
Developed on 2 levels, with both external and internal staircase. A loggia, reached using the external staircase, offers a stunning panorama, granted, as well, from all windows at the first floor.
