Casa Gail is a beautiful 4-bedroom colonial style house. It has four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and an enclosed two car garage. All bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the second floor. The owners of 160-A have had no security problems during their thirteen years at Los Reyes.
There is a storage bodega at the rear of the property. The bodega is currently used to store bicycles, a gas barbeque, the electronic control for the automatic lawn sprinkling system, and a pressurized water tank with electric pump.

Living close to schools reduces transportation costs and, more importantly, gives students more time to sleep, study and participate in outside activities.
Los Reyes offers its residents many amenities. The Los Reyes County Club has a challenging 9 hole golf course, golf practice range and putting green. The club also has tennis courts, swimming pools, an exercise gym, sauna, massage therapist and a club house with bar and restaurant. Los Reyes has a beautiful soccer field, a basketball practice area and a family picnic area with barbeques.
If your family likes to exercise, you will love Los Reyes. The Club's gym has a variety of modern exercise equipment and free weights. The gym is managed by an exercise specialist who helps residents develop personalized exercise programs. Residents enjoy walking, jogging and biking inside Los Reyes because there is little auto/truck traffic, and vehicles travel at slower speeds. The hilly terrain within Los Reyes enables residents to hike or bike routes of varying difficulty.
